How do I create/remove a user?

Create a user

1. From the top toolbar, select Settings2. Under theAccountsection, selectUsers3. Click the blue**+ Add** button
2. Enter first and last name
3. Click ‘Generate Password’ or create your own. “This password allows a login to my.avidbit if you are unable to authenticate through Office 365 or GSuite”
4. The username is the company email address of the user you are trying to create

Remove a user

1. From the top toolbar, select Settings2. Under theAccountsection, selectUsers3. Click the whiteEdit button
2. An ‘x’ will appear next to the list of users
3. Upon clicking the ‘x’ you will be greeted with “Just double checking, are you sure you want to delete this item?”
4. Press OK
