Voicemail Settings

Notification Settings

This section controls how voicemail alerts are delivered and formatted:

• Notify On Desk Phones: Sends missed call and voicemail notifications directly to desk phones
• Disable Transcriptions Service: Prevents automated transcription and email delivery of voicemail messages
• Notification Email: Choose from no email, text-only, or text with audio attachments
• Audio File Format: Select between MP3 (compressed, smaller files) or WAV (higher quality, larger files)
• User PIN Required: Enforces PIN authentication for desk phone voicemail access (app access excluded)

Greetings Settings

Configure the messages callers hear when reaching your voicemail box:

• Greeting Prompt: Upload a pre-recorded greeting or schedule multiple greetings based on specific rules
• Text To Speech Greeting Prompt: Type a greeting message to be synthesized as audio (use if no file is selected)
• Voicemail Box Name Prompt: Replace the default inbox name announcement with a custom audio file
• Text To Speech Name Prompt: Type custom text to replace the inbox name in the default greeting

Advanced Settings

Enable sophisticated call routing and caller options:

• Enable Find Me / Follow Me: Assign a digit that triggers calling all devices enabled for FM/FM on the inbox owner
• Interrupt Button: Set a digit that directs callers to an alternative callflow
• Interrupt Call Flow: Select a previously created callflow to route callers based on their button input
