I can't text/call out from a number

Solution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. From the top toolbar, select Settings.
2. Navigate to Numbers.
3. Click on the number you want to view.
4. From the left pane, select Options.
5. You will see the associated inbox under the Inbox menu.
6. Once you are added to that inbox, you will be able to use that number. Follow this article to add a user to an inbox.
7. Refresh the screen and you will be able to use that number.
