Creating an internal number

1. Navigate to Settings -> Numbers
2. Click the +Add from the upper right corner and select Add Internal Number
3. Under Extension Number, assign it a number that is not in use anywhere else (mostly user extensions)
4. Under Number Routing, choose whether to go to a callflow or to a user. Most people will utilize the Route To Callflow option. Select your previously made callflow from the drop down menu.
5. Hit Save
