How do I find recorded calls?

Finding Recorded Calls

To access your recorded calls:

1. Select Apps from the top toolbar
2. Choose Call History3. By default, the system displays calls from the past 24 hours. To view a longer timeframe, click the blueDate Range button and select from available options
3. Scroll past the analytics section to find the phone call entries list
4. Look for a play button in the ‘Rec’ column — this indicates a recorded call
5. Click the play button to listen to the recording

Downloading Recordings

To download a recording, press the small dropdown arrow next to the play button. This opens the ‘Call Stats’ window where you can select Download Recording.

Troubleshooting

If no play buttons appear in the ‘Rec’ column, verify that call recording is enabled in your settings: Settings → Location → Voice → Record Calls: ON
